Accelbrief is operated by Nestaa ("the Company"). This page explains cancellation and refunds.
Accelbrief is free
The Accelbrief newsletter and website are provided free of charge. We do not currently sell subscriptions, and we do not collect any payment information for the free newsletter. Because there is no charge, there is nothing to refund for the free product.
Cancellation (unsubscribing)
You may cancel at any time, instantly and at no cost:
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Accelbrief email, or
- Email care@accelbrief.com and we will remove you promptly.
Once you unsubscribe, you will stop receiving editions. No reason is required.
If we introduce paid plans in future
If Nestaa later offers a paid tier or any paid product under Accelbrief, the following will apply and the specific terms will be shown clearly at the point of purchase:
- Cancellation: you may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: we will offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid purchases. To request a refund within that window, email care@accelbrief.com with your purchase details.
- Billing questions or accidental charges: contact us and we will investigate and resolve fairly.
- Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor; processing times depend on that provider.
