Accelbrief ("Accelbrief", "we", "us") is a free newsletter operated by Nestaa ("the Company"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We keep it short and honest.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your email address — only when you choose to subscribe.
• Basic signup metadata — the date/time you subscribed and the source (e.g. "accelbrief-web"), used to operate the list and prevent abuse.
• We do not collect your name, payment details, or any sensitive personal data. Accelbrief is free; there is no payment information to collect.

How we use it

• To send you the Accelbrief newsletter — the editions you signed up for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the list (e.g. de-duplicate signups, handle bounces, prevent spam).
• That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where your data is stored

Subscriber data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase). Email delivery is handled by a reputable email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies & analytics

The Accelbrief website is static and does not set advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics that do not identify you individually.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can email us.
• Access or delete your data — email care@accelbrief.com and we will action it promptly.

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or erase your data and to object to processing. We honour these requests.

Data retention

We keep your email only while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record (so we don't accidentally re-add you) and delete the rest on request.

Children

Accelbrief is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be noted here with a new "last updated" date.
